Do you also know moments when a voice suddenly touches you deeply? Or another voice scratches the ear very badly?
Voice has power. Voice works. It reveals what we think and feel at any given moment. Depending on the sounds we produce, we look very good or not so good. Our voice unconsciously and powerfully provides sympathy and also assertiveness. It influences every event, be it in customer contact, negotiations, sales talks, presentations and especially strongly on the phone.
Tell me Your special experiences. Do you remember the last time you met the phenomenon of the voice in an extremely positive or extremely negative way? Which voice seduced, enchanted and convinced you in which situation? Which voice did you want to keep listening to? And conversely, who would you have liked to turn off vocally and silence? I discovered the narrator of my audio book "Secret Seducer Voice", for example, because her voice woke me up when I was dozing off while watching TV in a hotel room.
