Book recommendation: Elisabeth Motsch / Jon Christoph Berndt
Are you a brand? What, you don't know that? Then it's time to deal with it. I'm doing that right now. Reading the new book "Profile with style – personality as a brand – clothing as a statement" of my colleagues Elisabeth Motsch and Jon Christoph Berndt encouraged me to do so. In their book, they encourage us to stand out positively from this gray mass in which we all usually move, to develop a clear and recognizable profile.
What I think of What fascinates this topic is its similarity to the secret seducer's voice. Because the voice is also part of an outwardly harmonious staging of the overall personality. The voice is one of our number one brand ambassadors. Our very personal brand expression, unique and belonging only to us. No one else on this planet has the same voice. It is our personal vocal fingerprint! Elisabeth and Jon Christoph challenge us to first develop our own brand profile with the human brand technique and then to implement it as a statement in terms of style and outfit in terms of style and outfit. In other words, to create an image that appropriately transports the previously developed human brand and guarantees an optimal appearance at all times.
With the voice It is no different. It also has to be developed further and further so that it reflects the overall personality that we become in the course of time. Sometimes we neglect the voice in this process. And so our overall brand is missing an important element. Think of your voice, work with it! Become your vocal brand too - and with the book by Elisabeth and Jon, of course, also a perfect human brand with style!
