Magazine article awarded
I'm sitting in the elegant restaurant of the Hotel Grand Tirolia. The opening evening of the annual meeting of the Club 55 , the European Community of Experts in Marketing and Sales , reaches a first climax. The author of the best article in Club Magazine Marketing & Sales Review intimated.
Every year, this magazine deals with essential aspects from the world of marketing and sales in a flash. Club members are invited to write a contribution on a specific topic. This year, the task was to think about "Understanding – Connecting – Marketing".

Club 55 President Wolf Hirschmann Step forward. He begins his announcement speech for this year's winner. I quickly end a conversation with my neighbor. When I suddenly hear "He not only has an impressive voice, he also masters the art of writing", I listen up ... Can it be? It can be. It's! I am actually asked to come forward as the author of the best contribution and receive the "golden ballpoint pen" to thunderous applause. This is one of those great moments in which all the long hours of work on books and texts are absolutely rewarded in an instant!
Even today , some time after my return from Kitzbühel, I am immensely happy about this award. Above all, about the fact that among all the other important sales topics on which contributions were submitted, the topic of voice in sales was finally able to prevail. For years, as a voice coach for business, I have been on a mission to point out the great importance of the voice in life and for professional success. My "PR campaign" in this regard now seems to have arrived in the hearts and minds.
Yes, the voice sells. It is one of our most important sales tools. It's not without reason that my current book is also called „Voice Sells! Die Macht der Stimme im Business”. Only if we are understood can we connect with others and ultimately market ourselves and our products. The unconscious power of the voice is our best ally in this. My invitation to you and at the same time the final sentence of my award-winning contribution: "Always make yourself heard through your voice, make yourself understood and thus connect people, markets and opinions."
Yours, Arno Fischbacher
