Shortly before Christmas, I had exchanged ideas with fellow coach Wolfgang Ronzal in Vienna and recorded a short video for the Club 55 meeting in Portugal in June. Boxes were piled up in his office - his last book to date had gone into its second edition: "Leading and Selling: More Success in the Branch Business of Banks and Savings Banks".
