I experience this in many conversations: I introduce myself and people then say, "Aha, Arno Fischbacher is a business voice coach, what is that actually? What are you doing there specifically? Is it about getting a more beautiful voice?" It grabs me every time. I feel every time how important my work is. How important this educational work on the unconscious power of the voice is.
