Health is a top priority
The Leadership Guide for the 21st Century
Abstract
Demographic change and the associated shortage of high-performing managers and specialists, the constant pressure to prove oneself in a globalized market, the increasingly complex processes of internal administration, all this poses enormous challenges for companies and employees. In this context, it is all the more important to protect the valuable resource of humans and to preserve their workforce. Health plays a major role here: healthy employees perform better, are more productive and more effective. Health is becoming a top priority and an economic factor in companies, as the upcoming sixth Kondratieff cycle also envisages. 15 coaches, consultants and trainers describe the influence that the health factor will have on companies in the future in relation to their respective fields and provide practical tips for a contemporary approach to this important topic.
